1. Precautions for lifting and transportation, use and installation:

1、 The Earth electrode shall be embedded around the foundation of the box type station. The transformer and lightning protection grounding can be used together, and its grounding resistance R

2、 Special lifting tools should be used for lifting box stations, and the lifting part must follow the marked position of the box station

3、 The junction between the lower part of the box station and the foundation needs to be sealed with cement slurry to prevent water from entering the cable room.

4、 After the cable enters the sleeve, its gap must be sealed to prevent insects and water from entering. IV

5、Before the box station is put into operation, the following conditions must be checked:

1. The junction between the lower part of the box type substation and the foundation must be horizontal. If there is jamming when opening each door, this is because the foundation plane is uneven, and the junction level between the box type substation and the foundation surface must be adjusted.

2. Adjustment method: Fill thin iron sheets at the lower part of the box substation and the foundation joint courtyard until the doors of each room can be opened flexibly.

3. After the assembly of the entire machine is completed, attention must be paid to the integration of the box body and the distance between the front and rear of the vehicle when loading and shipping, to prevent the vehicle from being hit back and forth due to braking during driving. At the same time, the box type station low frame and the vehicle low frame must be welded firmly with electric welding, and then the bottom frame and the vehicle bottom must be twisted tightly with steel wire, and the assembly cable should be tightened several times from the top cover to the lower part of the vehicle. All places where ropes are tied must be padded with cardboard or other soft objects to prevent damage to the coating surface.

4. To keep the box station in good condition during operation, it is best to clean and wipe the interior and exterior once every six months or a year after a power outage.

5. If it is found that the outer surface of the box is dirty during transportation after installation, it can be wiped with detergent and rinsed with clean water.
