Simple operation method
Each type of cabinet is equipped with a single line diagram of the circuit and an analog display that can display the internal components of the switch. The operating mechanism has a interlocking board that can ensure the rotation direction of the handle and correctly operate the equipment. Prevent misoperation, and provide step-by-step instructions on the cabinet door to ensure simple and safe operation.
Structural characteristics
The cabinet body, door, and upper compartment are all treated with spray molding, and all cabinets are equipped with a main grounding busbar that can be connected to adjacent cabinets. All metal components, such as grounding switches and interlocking components, are connected to the grounding busbar. To ensure continuity, the components connected by screws are connected with copper braided tape. The rear of the cabinet is equipped with a pressure relief door to ensure that gas is discharged to the rear of the cabinet in case of internal combustion. The upper cover plate of the cabinet is fixed by screws and can be removed from the outside for busbar connection, The auxiliary device compartment on the upper part of the cabinet can be equipped with terminal boards and other small components, and relay protection can be achieved by raising the compartment.
The load switch and grounding switch adopt obstacle type interlocking, and the grounding switch and cabinet door adopt forced interlocking. Automatic interlocking can be achieved by following the following steps: closing the cabinet door, opening the grounding switch, closing the load switch, and separating each other, effectively avoiding misoperation.
