Product Description

GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial enterprises, and other power user distribution systems with AC power of 50Hz, rated voltage of 380V, and rated current of 3150A. It is used for power, lighting, and energy conversion, as well as distribution and control of distribution devices. GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed based on the principles of safety, economy, rationality, and reliability, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Energy (DOE) responsible for superiors and general power users. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, dynamic thermal stability, flexible electrical solutions, convenient combination, serialization, strong practicality, novel structure, and high protection level. It can be used as a product upgrade for low-voltage switchgear, and meets the standards of GB7251 "Low Voltage Switchgear" and other standards.

Usage conditions

1. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than 40 ℃, not lower than 5 ℃, and shall not exceed the average temperature of+35 ℃ within 24 hours;

2. Indoor installation, with an altitude of no more than 2000 meters at the site of use;

3. When the relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ℃, it is allowed to have a relatively high relative temperature at lower temperatures (for example, 90% at+20 ℃), as the temperature change on May 1st may produce unexpected condensation effects;

4. When installing the equipment, the inclination of the vertical plane is less than 5 ";

5. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and it should not be sufficient to prevent the location of electrical components from being corroded;

6. When users have special requirements, negotiate with the manufacturer to resolve them.

2. Main circuit scheme

The main circuit design of GGD cabinet consists of 129 units, with a total of 298 specifications (excluding changes in auxiliary circuit functions and control voltage generated due to changes in plans and specifications).

The main circuit plan is to solicit opinions on the overall design, use departmental donations, and increase the plan required for the power plant. 3. Auxiliary circuit scheme

4. Main busbar

Considering the price and feasibility of aluminum and copper, the rated current is below 1500a. When the rated current of a single busbar exceeds 1500, it can be used. When the factory passes the type test according to the prototype regulations, of course, the factory can also replace the aluminum busbar with the same current carrying capacity as the copper busbar according to user requirements. The busbar overlap surface is treated with tin plating process.

5. Selection of electrical components

(1) GGD cabinets mainly use more advanced electrical components that can already be mass-produced in China. Based on the principle of economy and rationality, while fully considering feasibility, some old products, such as DZ10D and DZ20, should be retained, and outdated products should not be used.

(2) The HDa and HS rotary operated knife switch is a practical new type of electrical component designed by NLS to meet the unique structure and special components of GGD cabinets. It changes the organization of operation and retains the old advantages.

(3) If the design department selects new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology based on user needs, the installation of GGD cabinets has good flexibility and generally does not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installing electrical components due to updates.

(4) In order to further improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, NLS has designed a ZMJ type combination busbar clamp and insulation support component for GGD cabinets. The busbar clamp is made of high-strength and flame-retardant Pp0 alloy hot formed, with high dielectric strength, good combustion performance, unique structure, and other characteristics. It can be easily assembled into a single busbar or double busbar clamp by replacing between modular blocks. The insulation support sleeve is a molded structure, with low cost and high strength, Solved the defect of insufficient creepage distance in old products
