GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is composed of two parts: a power distribution center (PC) cabinet and a motor control center (MCC). It is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other power users as power distribution systems with a maximum working voltage of 50Hz to 660V and a maximum working current of 3150A. It is used for power distribution motor control and lighting distribution equipment's energy conversion and distribution control.

Environmental conditions for use

Structure characteristics
The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a combination assembly structure, and all structural components of the cabinet frame are connected to each other through screws to form a basic frame. Then, door, baffle, partition drawer, installation bracket, bus and electrical components are added as needed to assemble a complete switch cabinet. This cabinet has the following characteristics:
1. The frame is made of shaped steel, positioned using three-dimensional corner plates, and connected with bolts without welding structure, thereby avoiding welding deformation and stress, and improving installation accuracy.
2. The installation holes of the frame and components vary according to the modulus E=20mm.
3. The internal structural components are galvanized. After external pickling and phosphating treatment, electrostatic epoxy powder spraying is used.
4. In the power center (PC) incoming cabinet, the top is the horizontal busbar area, and the lower part of the horizontal busbar area is the circuit breaker room. The circuit breakers can be configured with domestic DW15C, ME and other series, as well as various circuit breakers produced by foreign electrical companies according to user needs, such as ABB's F-series circuit breakers and intelligent circuit breakers. In general, PC units have a main circuit (including busbars) with flipping, occupying a cabinet size of 800 * 1000 * 2200 (W * D * H) when the rated current is 630A-1600A. The main circuit without flipping occupies a cabinet size of 800 x 8002000 (width, depth, height) with a rated current of 1600A-3150A, occupying a cabinet size of 1000 * 1000x2200 (width, depth, height). The circuit without flipping occupies a cabinet size of 1000 x 800 2200 (width, depth, height) with a power center (PC) feeder cabinet structure similar to that of the incoming cabinet with a feeding current of 630A-1600A, A cabinet with a width, depth, and height of 1000, 1000, and 2200 can accommodate two circuits for installation from top to bottom.
5. There are two types of MCC switchgear: wall mounted and non wall mounted. The top of the switchgear is a horizontal busbar area, and the lower part of the horizontal busbar area is a pull-out functional unit area. The width of this area is 600mm. The height of the pull-out functional unit area is 1840mm. When the cabinet is wall mounted, the left part of the cabinet is the functional unit area, and the right part has a 200mm wide electrical outlet area, The overall dimensions of the cabinet are 800/500/2200 (width/depth/height). When the cabinet is installed off the wall, the width of the cabinet is 600mm. The electrical outlet area at the rear of the cabinet has an overall dimension of 600 * 800 (1000) and a depth of 2200 (width, depth, and height). There are two types of cabinet depths: 800 and 1000. We suggest that users choose a 1000 depth cabinet to match the depth of the PC cabinet. When the drawer is pulled out of the cabinet, the live parts inside the cabinet are not exposed, ensuring safety and reliability.
6. The stretching function unit and the door are mechanically interlocked by the operating mechanism of the main switch. When the main switch is in the closed position, the door cannot be opened, and the operating mechanism can be locked in the closed or open position using an external padlock. The functional unit compartments are separated by metal plates, and the drawers have good interchangeability and have working, testing, and separation positions. When the drawer is pushed to a certain position, it will automatically be positioned. At this time, the pull plate on the left side of the drawer can be pulled to release the positioning and enter the next position. When the drawer is pulled out of the cabinet, it also has an anti falling function.
7. The cabinet body in fixed schemes such as capacitance compensation and metering has the same appearance and horizontal busbar position as the withdrawable cabinet body. This ensures that the expandable and fixed cabinets can be used side by side.
8. The busbar system cabinet body adopts a three-phase five wire system, with a single busbar used when the rated current of the horizontal busbar is 1250A or below. A double busbar cabinet is used when the rated current of the horizontal busbar is above 1250A, and the horizontal busbar between the cabinets is overlapped with a connecting block. The vertical busbar is enclosed with a polycarbonate engineering plastic shell, and the internal partition is used to limit arc diffusion. The neutral busbar is set at the front of the cabinet top, and the protective busbar (PE) is set at the bottom of the cabinet, And it is connected to the partition and door of the cabinet to ensure grounding continuity.
9. Natural ventilation windows are installed at the bottom and top of the switchgear without reducing the protection level of the enclosure.
10. The protection level of the cabinet shell is IP40.

1. When installing this product, the horizontal wires between cabinets should be firmly and reliably connected.
2. The door of this product has an interlocking function with the main switch, which means that the door can only be opened in the event of a power outage. The other sides of this product are sealed with screws and do not have an interlocking function with the main switch. Therefore, users are advised to disconnect the power supply when disassembling the side panel of this product for maintenance.
3. Non professional personnel are not allowed to open the cabinet for maintenance and repair.
