Product Description

KYN28A-12 (GZS1) indoor metal armored movable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor complete distribution device used to receive and distribute 3-12 KV network energy, and to control, protect, and monitor circuits. This product can install various types of microcomputer based comprehensive relay protection devices on the relay compartment panel, and can achieve intelligent control of the system. It has remote control, telemetry, remote signaling, and remote adjustment functions, and controls the on-site network through a CAN bus with communication interfaces. And it has the "five prevention" functions of preventing misoperation of circuit breakers, preventing loaded push-pull carts, preventing live closing of grounding switches, preventing grounding switches from transmitting power in the grounding position, and preventing accidental entry into the live space, abbreviated as "five prevention". This cabinet can be equipped with VSI (i.e. ZN63) ZN12V vacuum circuit breakers, as well as imported VD4 vacuum circuit breakers and VC series vacuum contactors.

Environmental conditions for use

1. Surrounding air temperature: upper limit+40C, lower limit general area -10C;

2. Altitude: 1000m;

3. Humidity

Relative humidity: The daily average value shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average value shall not exceed 90%;

Water vapor pressure: The daily average value shall not exceed 2.2KPa, and the monthly average value shall not exceed 1.8KPa; When the temperature drops suddenly, condensation may occur, accompanied by pollution. This product is suitable for two more severe environmental conditions than normal: (1) infrequent condensation (no more than twice a month on average) with mild pollution

(2) Generally, there is no condensation (no more than twice a year on average) and there is relatively serious pollution;

4. There is no danger of fire, explosion, or severe pollution that can corrode metals and damage insulation in harsh places:

5. Places without severe vibration, turbulence, and vertical inclination not exceeding 8 °.

Note:

1. Allow storage and transportation at -30C.

2. When the altitude exceeds 1000m, it shall be handled according to JB/Z102 "Technical Requirements for High Voltage Electrical Appliances in Altitude Areas". When the altitude does not exceed 2000m, no measures need to be taken for low-voltage auxiliary equipment.

When the actual usage conditions are different from the above, it should be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer

Schematic diagram of switchgear structure

The switch cabinet is composed of two main parts: a fixed cabinet body and a withdrawable component (referred to as a handcart) (see the schematic diagram of the switch cabinet structure). The shell of the switch cabinet body and the partitions of each functional unit are all bolted with aluminum zinc coated steel plates. The protection level of the switch cabinet shell reaches IP4X, and the protection level of the partition between compartments and the circuit breaker room door when open is P2X

The KYN28A-12 switchgear can be equipped with VS1, ZN 12V vacuum circuit breaker trucks, VD4 vacuum circuit breaker trucks, and VC series vacuum contactors produced by ABB. The switchgear can be installed in double cabinets in parallel, that is, arranged back to back. The installation and debugging of the switchgear can be carried out on the front, so the switchgear can be installed against the wall. The biggest advantage of installing against the wall is that it can save space. In addition, the switchgear can be installed without being against the wall, which is a double-sided maintenance type. The internal structural arrangement of the two is inconsistent, and its advantage is convenient maintenance.

Shell and partition

The exterior light and partition of the switchgear are made of high-quality imported aluminum zinc coated steel plates processed and bent by CNC machine tools, and then bolted together. Therefore, the assembled switchgear can maintain dimensional uniformity. It has strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and has higher mechanical strength than equivalent steel plates. The switchgear is divided into handcart compartments (circuit breaker compartments), busbar compartments, cable compartments, and relay instruments by partitions

Meter chamber (low voltage chamber). Each unit casing is independently grounded.

Cabinet Overview

The shell and partition of the switchgear are made of aluminum zinc steel plates or steel plates processed and bent by CNC machine tools, and then bolted together. Therefore, the assembled switchgear can maintain dimensional uniformity. Aluminum zinc coated steel plate has strong anti-corrosion and antioxidant effects, and has higher mechanical strength than equivalent steel plates. The switchgear is divided into a handcart room, a busbar room, a cable room, and a relay instrument room by partitions, and each unit's casing is independently grounded. The doors of the switchgear are all made of electrostatic spray plastic, which has advantages such as impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and beautiful appearance (color can be determined by the user) on the surface.

A handcart

The handcart skeleton is made of thin steel plates processed by CNC machine tools, riveted, and welded. According to the purpose, handcart can be divided into circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcart, isolation handcart, metering handcart, etc. handcart of the same specification can be easily interchanged. The handcart has isolation positions, testing positions, and working positions inside the cabinet, and each position is equipped with positioning devices to ensure that the handcart cannot be moved freely when in the above positions, and the interlocking must be released when moving the handcart.

B busbar compartment

The busbar is led from one switchgear to another and is fixed by a branch busbar and a static contact box. The flat branch busbar is connected to the static contact box and the main busbar through bolts without the need for any other clamps or insulators. When users and engineering have special needs, the connecting bolts on the busbar can be sealed with insulation and end caps. When the busbar passes through the partition of the switchgear, it is fixed with busbar sleeves. If an internal fault arc occurs, it can limit the spread of the accident to adjacent cabinets and ensure the mechanical strength of the busbar.

C cable room

Current transformers, grounding switches, lightning arresters, and cables can be installed in the cable room, and detachable aluminum plates with slits can be prepared at the bottom to ensure convenient construction on site.
